- Modernize specfile, update for new homepage.

- Rip out %make(_)install, this does not realiably work,
  especially outside SUSE

- Update to new upstream release 0.9.9
  * use sysfs for the device detection (if not exist, use procfs)
  * add a verification feature
- Remove redundant tags/sections (cf. specfile guidelines)

- Initial package for autobuild
