This update for gitea-tea fixes the following issues:

- Updated dependencies, fixing boo#1234598
- fix build for non x86_64 and aarch64 (CGO_ENABLED=0 was set as default)
- rename binary to tea (actual name) and conflict tea text edidor
- Upstream version 0.9.2.
