This update for hylafax+ fixes the following issues:

hylafax+ was updated to version 7.0.7:

* constrain job priority to 0-255 (20 Jan 2023)
* add support for libtiff v4.5.0 (4-5 Jan 2023)

* if Class1RecvAbortOK is 0 then don't bother with the CAN byte at all (31 Oct 2022)
