This update for screenfetch to version 3.8.0 fixes the following issues:

- Recommend lsb-release as it is needed for correct detection of
  distribution (boo#1103527)
- Require bc to avoid error on startup
- Additional Intel GPU checks
- document `-w' command in README.mkdn
- document `-w' command in manpage
- show CPU temperature
