This update for plasma5-workspace fixes the following issues:

- Fixed playing the login sound with Phonon 4.9+ when the sound file is
  specified as absolute file path (boo#1091191, kde#392725)

- Adapted the BBC weather engine provider to changes in the RSS feed
that broke it (kde#392510)
