This update for fate fixes the following issues:

- When looking up a feature by ID, FATE would throw "Error in formatting xquery / Error 500/FORG0001" (boo#1050997)
- FATE would crash on selected feature in query (boo#1044954)

It also contain a collection of internal code improvements and fixes.
