    * Fix: mksusecd breaks the permission for installer so Agama fails to start:
      Failed to start D-Bus System Message Bus (bsc#1259255):
        + rewrite boot option handling to allow to repeat boot options
        + update boot options in all s390x parmfiles
        + set umask to a sensible value and clear ACLs for tmp dir
