This update for apparmor fixes the following issues:

Changes in apparmor:

- Use systemd-tmpfiles for path creation (jsc#PED-14916, jsc#PED-14917)
- Update to AppArmor 4.1.7
  - profile updates
  - minor fixes in parser and program utilities
  - update %files for new python LibAppArmor location
- Fix file list to match all possible LibAppArmor module names
- Updating kerberosclient utility
- Removed dovecot upstreamed patches
