- Remove unused old BuildRequires on xorg-x11-*; this is actually
  a dependency of tk, not so much wordnet.
- Modernize specfile constructs.

- Disable LTO since it causes segmentation faults when running.
- Run spec-cleaner to clean up specfile.

- Remove not-so-relevant parts from descriptions.

- Split shared library
- Small cleanup with spec-cleaner

- Update database to version 3.1 (version 3.1 only includes the
  database, meant to be a drop-in replacement for 3.0's db).

- Add -DUSE_INTERP_RESULT to fix build with Tcl 8.6.

- Removed GPLv2 from License tag, license is only MIT based
