- Modernise spec file

- Update urls to valid one and update REC-SVG11-20030114 zip file
  with version including errata.

- Provide still svg-dtd symbol to make sure things are still resolvable

- Use correct form of requires(pre)

Several spec changes, but no version update:
  - Use spec-cleaner
  - Simplified unzip with -d option
  - Split into svg-schema and svg-schema-doc
  - Fix warnings
  - Add missing "popd"
  - General cleanup with structure & variables
  - Apply %fdupes macro only to %{buildroot}%{_docdir}

- Use update-xml-catalog

- Use fdupes to reduce duplicate waste.
- Only remove file from catalog if it disappeared.
- Do not use release numbers, they're not needed anymore.

- Rename svg-dtd to svg-schema
- Add RNG schema files as proposed by Thomas Schraitle.

- Add BuildRequires: unzip

- Fix fix typo in postun script; reported by Florian La Roche [#
  249023].
