- No longer recommends steam, but supplements it
  * Non-OSS software should only be pulled through by default if the
  user explicitly requests it
- No longer require pkgconfig
- No longer require user/group(games), uaccess is already used instead

  * This package should work with any steam version or without steam
- Add versioned Obsoletes/Provides for steam-vr and steam-controller to
  properly obsolete the old steam-devices subpackage provided by steam
