- Add 42ad1741.patch: prevent crash when the host has no voice
  provider installed.

- Update to version 1.0.1:
  + Moved git project to https://github.com/project-spiel/libspiel
  + Fix permissions and disable docs in libspeechprovider.

  + fix multiple NULL-dereferences.
