- p7zip/p7zip-full change regard to 7z command has been done in
  SLE15-SP2/Leap 15.2 as well

- BuildRequires p7zip-full for TW as 7z binary needed for
  extracting the source is packaged there now

- Fix typo
- Remove PreReq for shadow and pwdutils

- Use check for openSUSE > 12.2 for and use shadow else pwdutils

- Initial package creation
