- Replace the pidgin-prpltwtr package with
  libpurple-plugin-prpltwtr and pidgin-plugin-prpltwtr.
- Separate locales to libpurple-plugin-prpltwtr-lang.
- Add pidgin-prpltwtr-avoid-sover.patch: avoid sover for
  libprpltwtr.so.
- Spec cleanup.

- Add patch comments, remove unversioned .so from package.

- Add 0001-Fix-html-entities-showing-up-in-tweets.patch:
