- Update to version 1.4:
  * Remove bogus exports to fix build with RPM 4.14

- Update to version 1.3:
  * Fix build with RPM 4.10
  * Test fixes
  * Minor tidy-ups
  * Fix $flags defaults for open_package [Charlie Brady]
  * 1.1 and 1.2 skipped due to PAUSE requirements on submodile
    versioning
- Removed perl-RPM2-fix_test_plan.patch and
  perl-RPM2-switchofffunctions.patch (fixed upstream).
- Updated perl(Module::Build) build requirement to >= 0.4200.

- Added a patch (perl-RPM2-switchofffunctions.patch) to fix build with newer
  rpm (taken from Fedora).
- Updated license to "Artistic-1.0 or GPL-1.0+".
- Removed perl-macros, perl(File::Spec), perl(File::Basename), gcc, make and
  glibc-devel build requirements (not needed). Added perl as build requirement.
