- Add mozldap-perl-5.24.patch: Fix build with perl 5.24.

- Escape the usage of %{VERSION} when calling out to rpm.
  RPM 4.14 has %{VERSION} defined as 'the main packages version'.

- rebased all patches to cleanly apply with fuzz=0

- Throw libraries into a sub package mozldap-libs (to not confuse users)
- Add patch mozldap-6.0.7-support-tls1.1-and-later.patch
