- Add some -Wno-error because gcc appears to fall over MSVCRT
  printf specifiers

- Fix invalid location to brp-compress on tumbleweed (boo#1175858)

- Build only on x86* archs

- change license to GPL-3.0-or-later to match gcc package

- need to conflict with bootstrap gcc to avoid file conflicts

- Update to version 9.2.0

- conflict with dummy pthread headers. The package needs the correct
  one instead.
