- Switch from LCMS to SKCMS: libjxl core can use either, but
  plugins can only use SKCMS. Exercising two CMS simultaneously
  also is silly. Delete 0001-Remove-LCMS-mutex.patch .

    plugins).
  * Add skcms tarball as source and copy extracted dir to
