- Add provides/obsoletes on the old devel name

- Disable python2 bindings build as they won't work with python3

- Rename to libfdi, which matches the upstream name without soname.

- Rename package
  - libftdi -> libftdi0

- Initial package, version 0.20
  - based on the libftdi1 package
  - do not package development man-pages since there's a
    naming conflict with the ones from libftdi1-devel
