- Add gromit-link-x11.patch: explicitly link to libX11 and libm to
  fix build.

- Rework previous change:
  + Do not change gromit-cflags.patch.
  + Add gromit-no-DISABLE_DEPRECATED.patch to remove all the
  * _DISABLE_DEPRECATED flags. It's better to have it as a
    separate patch.

- Drop -DGDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED flag until the GDK drawing code is
  ported to cairo.
