- Add glib2-CVE-2019-13012-keyfile-settings-Use-tighter-permissions.patch:
  When creating directories, create them with 700 permissions,
  instead of 777 (bsc#1139959, CVE-2019-13012, glgo#GNOME/glib#1658).

- Add glib2-CVE-2019-12450.patch: Backport from commit d8f8f4d6
  to fix a file permissions issue  while copy (boo#1137001,
  CVE-2019-12450).

- Add patch submitted upstream to handle an UNKNOWN NM connectivity
  the same as a NONE value. This partly fixes boo#1103678
  (packagekit reports the network as available on a computer
  without network connectivity which makes plasma-pk-update start
  an update check which obviously fails).
