- Rewrite gsfw-libm.patch to use the recommended way to find libm.
- Drop gimp-save-for-web-0.27.0-docdir.patch: this is not needed
and likely breaks opening the help for the plugin. Also stop
passing --docdir to configure, since this was only needed because
of the change in the patch.
- Split translations in a lang subpackage, and add Recommends for
the lang subpackage to main package.
- Remove now unneeded %clean section.
