A regular expressions library that does not suck. Based on
<https://hackage.haskell.org/package/pcre-light pcre-light>. Takes and returns
<https://hackage.haskell.org/package/stringable Stringables> everywhere.
Includes a QuasiQuoter for regexps that does compile time checking.
