- Update to version 0.3.6 revision 0 with cabal2obs.

- Use the pristine, unedited tarball from Hackage. This change
  effectively downgrades us to an older revision, but we no longer
  need the the relaxed version constraint anyway, so this doesn't
  matter much.

- initial version gsasl-0.3.6
