  libpng14-compat-devel is now default libpng-devel provider for
  factory; moreover dcmtk builds correctly with libpng15-devel too

- Remove zero-length file /usr/share/dcmtk/wlistdb/OFFIS/lockfile (fix rpmlint
  warning).
