- Sanitize the spec file
  * Download sources from their urls.
  * Do not install versioned jar file
  * Use newer javapackages features
  * Build and package javadoc documentation
- Removed patch:
  * bea-stax-gcj-build.patch
    + not needed since we don't build this package with gcj
- Modified patch:
  * bea-stax-target8.patch
    + specify consistently encoding of sources so that newer
    java compilers don't fail on invalid characters

- Add LICENSE file to packages

- Upgrade to released bea-stax 1.2.0 and bea-stax-api 1.0.1
