- Use %autosetup macro. Allows to eliminate the usage of deprecated
  %patchN.

  * acct-info.patch
- Drop no longer needed:
  * acct-ac.patch
  * acct-timestamp.patch

- cleanup with spec-cleaner
- get rid of %{name} and %{version} macros from the patch names

- remove syslog.target from acct.service file [bsc#983938]

- Remove timestamp from info file
